The Senior Project Analyst will receive a generous total compensation package. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance. As a Senior Project Analyst at Latham, you will support the firm by using your experience and understanding of project management and technology principles to lead and execute new and existing development efforts for various technology projects throughout the firm. You will work with Development Managers and Supervisors to design, develop, modify, and/or maintain system software. You will act as a liaison between requestors and the development team to define project requirements, oversee the project development and manage relationships with end-users while accomplishing these and other critical functions:

  • Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing technology needs; working with Development Managers and Supervisors to implement project specifications
  • Leading development efforts to adapt, combine, and/or improve existing products, processes, and programs
  • Overseeing and managing the building of new applications and monitoring existing ones
  • Updating, modifying, testing, and/or repairing existing software systems and proposing innovative solutions; helping to create new software systems to solve problems
  • Providing functional and technical analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of software systems
  • Participating in the development of test strategies, tools, and systems
  • Maintaining project status and deadlines for all Development initiatives; coordinating with department managers to ensure project status is current; providing summary reports to department management as requested
  • Performing front-line support for firm Web sites
  • Maintaining access to and reviews the contents of various websites
  • Acting as project lead for large scale development projects
  • Acting as liaison between the Development group, attorneys, and firm management.
  • Coordinating with other areas/departments of the firm where overlap exists to develop efficient procedures/communications to stream-line processes and satisfy various department needs
  • Assisting with special projects regarding various issues when needed
  • Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers.


As the Senior Project Analyst , you will be expected to apply your organizational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude. The successful Senior Project Analyst must have an advanced ability to perceive and analyze problems and develop alternative strategies to solve them. Practical problem solving skills and solid trouble shooting skills are required.

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Management or a related field is preferred. Although not required, a technical certification in a related area is a plus. Three (3) years of experience in leading development projects in a related area is desired.
