Client Engagement Project Management
Our Senior Project Manager will develop, refine, and maintain systems to ensure each of our clients has a top-notch experience from start to finish.
Oversee all aspects of project management associated with client deliverables and program development
Project manage client engagements from first meetings to program conclusion and all steps in between, including preparing for and participating in program kickoff meetings, scheduling, logistics, and troubleshooting client needs
Play an integral part in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience
Track and ensure our engagements stay within scope and budget
Participate in weekly client project meetings to stay informed of big picture pivots and drive project management needs
Internal Team Effectiveness
Our Senior Project Manager will develop, refine and maintain systems and processes to support team effectiveness, efficiency, and well-being.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand individual and overall project needs in an effort to foster an even more cohesive and seamless client and internal team experience
Provide feedback, advice, project updates, and encouragement to team members
Manage deadlines and support the team to ensure timeliness
Meet business needs by guiding our program team’s activities to deliver quality service on time, within budget and scope
Build out our cloud-based project management platform to maximize usage and effectiveness
Guide and train the team on how to leverage best-in-class project management tools to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and balance
Navigate the team’s bandwidth and workload challenges with empathy, creativity, and a solutions mindset
Process Improvement
Our Senior Project Manager will drive improvements of processes and systems to enhance team effectiveness and performance as well as the client experience.
Actively generate process improvements, champion and drive change initiatives, confront difficult circumstances in creative ways, balance multiple and competing priorities and execute accordingly
Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends in issues and create strategies and recommendations for improvement and resolution
Help to continuously improve our client-facing processes

7+ years of project management with a professional services/consultancy firm, educational event project management, or a startup / well-organized small business
Strong people skills and desire to work in a highly communicative and collaborative environment
Expertise with collaboration platforms including Asana, Zoom, Mural, and others
Tech-savvy (from Dropbox to GSuite and all things in between)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work equally well in self-managed and team-based projects
Ability to organize, coordinate, and guide team activities and results
Ability to quickly build relationships and influence at all levels
Ability to be an agent of change in a rapidly changing environment
Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive innovative process improvement
