The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of large, diverse and complex projects across enterprise functions including HR, Finance, IT, and Quality. This will include project planning and management, scheduling, risk management, scope management, internal and external communications, and status reporting. This position requires you to be a self-starter with the ability to take ownership, work with tight timelines, and handle various tasks simultaneously while contributing to a positive work culture. The responsibilities will also include a high level of interaction and partnership across business units and corporate levels requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills and an ability to influence effectively.
Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with project sponsor and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for projects; Ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
- Personally, and with team members, develop easily digestible project plans and updates for key leaders and stakeholders
- Manage complex workflows and organize regular and ad-hoc meetings for teams you support
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and work with team to design dashboards and analytics for projects, to support communications and engagement effort
- Identify and eliminate any impediments that obstruct or distract the team from delivering value; report and escalate issues, concerns, roadblocks to management as needed
- Manage positive relationships; motivate team members to meet project goals and be an influencer to achieve agreement and buy-in from stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for integration, alignment on strategy, prioritization, stronger communications, and problems solve gaps with partners
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization

Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years related experience in project management; PMP certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business field or equivalent
- Broad enterprise-level project management experience that spans multiple functional areas and various project management methodologies and tools
- Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload daily
- Adaptability and flexibility; experience applying project management best practices in the absence of entrenched project management standards
- Very strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills; excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas with experience presenting to senior leadership
