Senior Project Mgr of Corporate Development

COLLINS seeks a Senior Project Manager. This position combines skills in project scoping and structuring, project and financial management, tracking and monitoring for impact to ensure effective project management is brought to COLLINS’ new revenue growth efforts.

The Senior Project Manager will report into the Head of Project Management and work closely with the CEO, Head of Business Operations, and Head of Corporate Development.


Project Planning & Execution

  • Plan how the project will get done, by when, and with who. 

  • Define the standards, set the protocols, and manage the process for COLLINS portfolio of efforts to abstain prospects and grow new revenue. 

  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure a transparent and collaborative process 

  • Ensuring activities meet deadlines

  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

  • Meeting with the Value Creation team to identify and resolve issues and blockers

  • Maintaining and keeping organized records of documentation 

  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information

  • Establish tracking and monitoring systems that will provide ongoing business intelligence of COLLINS performance in new revenue growth

  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

Project Reporting and Monitoring

  • Establish tools, systems, and dashboard for monthly reporting of value creation activities to CEO, Head of Business Operations and Head of Revenue Management 

  • Provide executive clients with the information needed to assess which projects have the highest potential value, impact, and strategic alignment.

  • Interface with executive clients to define project priorities and implementation opportunities and challenges, and keep them up-to-date with project risks and opportunities.


  • Formal education in Project Management is required: may be master program or certification program

  • Strong experience of at least 6 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or software development. Primary experience in a service industry – including agency or consultancy experience – is not desired.

  • Strong knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches (e.g. Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM)

  • An analytical mind

  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships

  • Commercial and business awareness

  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal

  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data

  • Ability to stick to time constraints
