What you\u0026rsquo;ll do with \u0026ldquo;Our Training and Your Experience\u0026rdquo;

  • Work with Account Executives to understand what is inflight and build CSP to add on to project proposal
  • Existing Project Customer - identify install project customer that did not buy CSP upfront
  • Expand CSP Services - use existing CSP relationships to sell in other services; example, sell Fire CSP to existing Security
  • Execute high level prospecting activity with new and existing customer base.
  • Proactively communicate project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Research and understand each customer\u0026rsquo;s pain points and opportunities
  • Articulate the value Convergint brings and of a recurring service agreement

What You\u0026rsquo;ll Need

  • Strong affinity for problem solving and identifying solutions to support customer needs.
  • Desire to learn, understand, and apply solutions to customer challenges.
  • Proven experience working with a team to provide effective customer solutions.
  • Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate business relationships
  • Ability to adapt to business changes with the ability to influence others.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of IT networking principles

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

\u0026nbsp;

Minimum Experience (Preferred but not required): Minimum of one year of previous high level prospecting account development, sales or relevant experience preferred. Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred:\u0026nbsp; electronic, fire alarm \u0026 life safety, and/or building automation. Previous experience in engineering or field services experience preferred
