Service Account Representative- Smith Hamilton

Responsibilities:

Under minimal supervision, provide full support of Customer Support Program including:\u0026nbsp; tracking costs, tracking contract renewals, ensuring work is completed, invoicing and contract bookings

  • Manage contracts for: Monitoring, Preventative Maintenance (PM), Software Licenses, Managed Services
  • Review new and renewing contracts for accuracy and completeness by creating and updating contracts for new resources added / deleted, sites, covered equipment etc.
  • Document control: Manage record-keeping for all contracts, related correspondence and documentation
  • Inputs and updates contract management software/systems, financial systems and other related systems tracking contract administration and financial activities.
  • Support the billing department to ensure billing accuracy, timeliness and completeness
  • Support the credit and collections department in customer compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Ensures all monthly maintenance customer accounts receive agreed to care and services
  • Ensures timely communication with contract customers, sub-contractors \u0026 colleagues
  • Meets monthly with the sales and operations teams to discuss expiring / renewing contracts, report on needed revisions, and get appropriate approvals before billing
  • Attends customer meetings as required to review the current status of accounts.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

  • Exceptional communication \u0026 customer service skills \u0026ndash; meeting \u0026 exceeding customer expectations (internal \u0026 external)
  • Able to maintain focus and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
  • Self directed and motivated
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
  • Basic financial knowledge and skills\u0026mdash;ability to understand basic financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.
