We take great pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities with the solutions we provide. **What Youll Do With Our Training And Your Experience** + Oversees and runs schedules for inspections and assists with dispatch, setup and coordination of monitoring accounts, order equipment for service contracts, and supports the sales team by generating service quotes under the direction of the Service Manager. + Utilizes various tools such as Building Reports.com, Smartsheets, or others to accurately record, track, and report inspection results. Oversees troubleshooting process of equipment that fails during inspection. Tracks system deficiencies found during inspections and works towards resolution. + Schedules and follows up on all monthly maintenance customer contracts this includes ensuring timely communication with key customers and sub-contractors. Meets monthly to discuss expiring contracts and to review upcoming preventative maintenance (PM) visits. Attends regular customer meetings to review the status of accounts. + Implements and manages a customer quality assurance program, identifies opportunities to grow the CSP base through proposal of additive services to existing customer CSPs, conducts recurring customer site visits, demonstrates industry knowledge, and maintains a professional image when meeting with our customers. + Meets with customers and other colleagues on an as-needed basis to demonstrate and set them up with access to iCare. + Provides technical support and training for field personnel including new specialists on an as-needed basis. Provides specialists with badging and access to customers' sites. Ensures that the specialists have completed all customer-specific training. Maintains a log for both. Locates, hires, and manages subcontractors. Completes Service Agreement work orders as required. + Assists with collections of funds for past due service contract accounts. Provides administrative and service coordination overflow support as and where required. + Supports all procurement activities to ensure service delivery times are met. + Help improve and develop processes to improve customer service delivery. + Perform reporting activities, such as Contract Status, Project Overview and WIP (work in progress) and assisting with managing the program. + May maintain inventory for projects and inspections. May provide support and backup for other areas of the business. May handle calls after hours. + Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. **What Youll Need** + Exceptional customer service skills in person, on the phone, and in written communications + Basic project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems). + Team leadership, team building and facilitation skills. + Adaptability responds effectively to changes in situation or information; ability to influence others and build consensus using strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. + Strong analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solutions, solid conflict resolution skills. + Financial analysis skills including cost control. + Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills. **Company Benefits And Perks** Convergint fosters a supportive, accessible, and inclusive environment in which individuals of different backgrounds and identities can realize their maximum potential within the company.
