We take great pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities with the solutions we provide. **What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience** + Provide New Project Customer Support Plans (CSPs) service agreements on security systems- work with Account Executives to know what is in the sales funnel and build CSPs to add on to system project proposals. + Team with other system account executives to be an extension of our service team and strategize to grow the business together working as a team. + Existing Project Customers - identify install project customers that did not buy CSP upfront. + Expanded CSP Services - use existing CSP relationships to sell in other services; example, sell a system upgrade and team up with an account executive for a lead you developed. We believe in a teaming approach to leverage the teams expertise. + Work with your sales & service manager to establish a go to market business plan and identify new target customers to grow your business. + Executes high level prospecting activity with new and existing customer base. + Proactively communicates project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction. + Participate in industry networking associations to build your brand and build new relationships for new business. + Willingness to dig in to understand customers pain points / opportunities and deliver solutions to help our customers protect their property, their systems and their employees. + Articulates the value Convergint brings and of a recurring service agreement. + Performs other duties and responsibilities + Work with security product manufacturer partners to have a high level understanding of the systems we provide to assist in growing your technology knowledge. **What Youll Need** + Solid sales skills and ability to uncover effective customer solutions + Solid teamwork skills + A winning attitude and willingness to succeed + Shows initiative engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities + Very adaptable responds effectively to changes in situation or information; ability to influence others and build consensus using good written and verbal communication skills + Basic Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills + Basic knowledge and understanding of IT networking principles **Company Benefits and Perks** Convergint fosters a supportive, accessible, and inclusive environment in which individuals of different backgrounds and identities are able to realize their maximum potential within the company.
