What you\u0026rsquo;ll do with \u0026ldquo;Our Training and Your Experience\u0026rdquo;

  • Manage the Field Fire Inspection Specialist team, including colleague development and performance management.
  • Supervise team for efficient work activities related to work order and CSP scheduling, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Ensure services are executed within budget, on time, and with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement quality assurance, field-related safety practices, processes and standards.\u0026nbsp;
  • Properly align Specialists to inspection according to Specialist\u0026rsquo;s skill set.\u0026nbsp; Verify that appropriate individual licensing and/or certifications are in place.
  • Responsible for maintaining high level of quality and safety assurance.\u0026nbsp; Field checks include inspecting work quality and methods and ensuring adherence to safety programs/standards.
  • Provide training and development planning and implementation for Specialists.\u0026nbsp; Deliver technical training as well as soft skills.
  • Supervise Inspections Specialists, and/or other team members.\u0026nbsp; Recruit and hire colleagues as required.\u0026nbsp; May perform managerial responsibilities including but not limited to:\u0026nbsp; mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues; performance management; planning, assigning and directing work; and service related budgets.
  • Ensure processes and standards involving Specialists are properly implemented.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; This includes scheduling, iCare use, troubleshooting, customer satisfaction, timesheets (completed and approved on time), JHA\u0027s, etc.
  • Responsible for instilling a safety-conscious culture within the team.\u0026nbsp; Ensure all relevant and required safety training and safety certificates have been obtained (e.g. safety cards for a particular jurisdiction, CPR, First Aid, OSHA certifications, etc.)\u0026nbsp; May coordinate with other colleagues and/or leaders in order to achieve full safety compliance.
  • Ensure Specialists have proper tools and equipment and that they are maintained properly. This includes field/hand tools, as well as cell phones, vehicles, etc.
  • Participate in internal CSP review meetings and service turnover meetings.
  • Proactively coordinate and communicate with Operations Managers, Service Managers, Sales Executives and other CTC / CDC resources as required to support customer satisfaction and the overall financial success of the service business.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Education Requirements:

  • Associate\u0026rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years of previous, relevant field or field management experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: electronic security, fire alarm \u0026 life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare services
  • Previous service supervisory experience desirable


Certifications \u0026 Licenses:

Industry-specific certifications and/or licenses are desirable; Must have a valid driver\u0026rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.
