**Description**
Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Service Supervisor to join our amazing culture. As a Service Supervisor you are responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales and other service duties. This is a position that is office-based and responsible for the effective management of resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of the existing service base. The position typically supervises all workers involved in service delivery. As a Service Supervisor, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience
+ Oversee all elements of job and contract management, including manpower scheduling, material procurement and/or cost control. Proactively communicates service schedules, service change proposals and related service activities on a regular basis with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
+ Responsible for maximizing safety and quality assurance on all assigned service tickets.
+ Maintain good customer relations, includes prompt response to customer requests and maintaining frequent customer contact. Conducts business reports to measure and track customer service and satisfaction levels. Acts as our customers best service provider at all times thereby ensuring Convergint Technologies is the customers first choice for service.
+ Responsible for the administration of services, and/or colleagues who support estimating, pricing, quoting, order processing, and service billings. Carefully monitors all financial aspects at each step of service (costing, invoicing, billing time, revenue, margins, etc.).
+ In collaboration with Sales, ensures timely contract renewal process is in place. Cultivates and maintains existing accounts and actively pursue new service and system expansion opportunities with existing service base. Ensures renewals for expiring contracts for accounts without an assigned Account Executive.
+ Effectively communicates service requirements to service team and wider organization as and when required, and maintains accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports.
+ Supervises colleagues in a manner that maintains morale, skills proficiency and productivity. Recruit and hire colleagues as required. May perform limited range of managerial responsibilities including but not limited to: mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues; planning, assigning and directing work; performance management; service budget. May oversee subcontractor selection process and performance.

Requirements:
Education: College degree, trade school, and/or equivalent experience
Experience: Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic security, CCTV, access control, and/or fire alarm & life safety
Preferred Experience: (but not required):
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field
+ 3+ years of field service, project management or relevant engineering
+ Established experience in administration, business, or management
+ Previous service supervisory experience
The annual base pay range for this role is between $84,000 - $130,700.
