Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales, and other service duties for the Financial Vertical.
This is a line position is responsible for the effective management of resources, costs, safety, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of the existing service base for Financial Vertical customers. The position typically supervises Program Administrators and supporting Program Managers in all aspects of service delivery. The financial impact is measured in the growth and delivery of Service products for specific customers.
