Software Engineering Manager

You will lead and manage a group of the world's most talented engineers who provide and develop expertise to facilitate the success of software engineering products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support software engineering group (local and globally) of R&D.
• Give valuable technical insights for projects and propose design enhancements.
• Implement best practices for design and development.
• Mentor-less experienced engineers
• Software / implementation large scale enterprise projects,
• Ensure CDCI, continuous delivery, integration practices standards.
• Cyber security Products general knowledge:  access solutions for buildings /  security, cameras platforms conversions
• Design, develop and lead software projects.
• Front/back-end development frameworks (ASP.NET Core, Blazer, preprocessors: SASS, React)
• Use of programming Languages/scripting: C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Git.
• Cloud technologies and teams leadership.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ Years of experience
• English proficiency 
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Computer Systems, Software Engineering or related.
