This program is a multi-year, multi-team, multi project which will include Finance, Business Technology, Line of Business Senior Executives, Oracle, and our Solution Implementation partner to migrate core accounting systems to a cloud based Oracle ERP with a cloud based data lake for analytics and reporting.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EResponsible for the collaboration of the Program Leadership Team to lead the Program to a successful outcome as defined by the Program Charter and scope.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EWorks directly with the Financial Systems Delivery Lead and the Finance work stream leads to (1) manage scope as defined by the Program Charter, (2) proactively identify risks, issues, action items, and key decisions (\u0022RAID items\u0022), and (3) monitor progress to targets and communicate status. This can include: Working with the PMO Director, facilitate the weekly Program Leadership meetings when metrics and RAID items are reviewed provide the PMO Director with updates regarding the status reporting and risks, assists in preparing the stakeholder Program updates and communications, coordinates with the Business Technology work stream leads and Change Management, proactively identify potential scope adjustments and risks by working with the Finance work stream leads to prepare and complete Change Request forms and supports Change Request meetings to evaluate proposed scope changes.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEstablishes, leads, and maintains the Program Governance structure and cadence for the Finance team. This can include: leads the execution of the project management responsibilities by each Finance projects team (e.g. prepare weekly status, update plan on a page/project plans, RAID items), consolidates multiple project plans to develop the overall Finance program view, identifying interdependencies across projects within the Program/Integration points and managing the plan, works across the global team to identify manage, and mitigate/address/close RAID items, and leading weekly cross-team meetings.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPartners with the Director PMO in managing the overall Program expectations and timings as outlined by the Program Charter, Plan on a Page, and Program/Project Plans. This can include: Assist in preparing the agenda/content for the weekly PMO Program Leadership meetings for the Program Leadership Team, Program Steering Council, DFS Executive Council, and Value Streams, prepares the metric board weekly to track and monitor progress for the Program for accountability with a proactive risk mitigation mindset 90 days ahead; summarize results (Tableau summary dashboard), provides both senior executive management and day-to-day team manager level status report updates and risks related to the Program with the prepared weekly Tableau dashboard; helps create and manage a holistic Program and Change Management Governance structure and cadence for all work threads, all projects, and heavy coordination across all working teams (Finance, Financial Systems, Business Technology, Data, and Line of Business) using PMO tools\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProgram Team Recognition and Development - oversee a Program Manager Generalist role and facilitate overall Program team-building efforts.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMinimum Qualifications\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EAt a minimum, here\u0027s what we need from you:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s Degree in Project Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or related field\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E10\u002B years of experience in Project Management, Program Management or related field\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPreferred Qualifications\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EIf we had our say, we\u0027d also look for:\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMaster\u0027s Degree in Project Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProject Management Institute (PMI)\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s degree required, higher education preferred\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E10\u002B year\u0027s program or project management in finance and technology environment with experience in implementing large scale technology solutions.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated proven experience of business, strategic, financial and technical acumen to understand Discover\u0027s business strategy, learn processes and identify enhancement opportunities.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EStrong communication and executive presence experience. \u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EKnowledge of financial processes, reporting and practices. \u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E \u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E The same way we treat our employees is how we treat all applicants - with respect.
