Virtual Customer Advisor (VCA) team built a suite of products which deliver relevant and timely recommendations to our customers globally (US, CA, EU & JP) using multiple data sources to improve a) AB adoption and b) Sales productivity. Sales and Marketing teams leverage VCA to identify which customers to target, what features to target them with, and when to target them, in order to capture their share of wallet.

VCA team€™s mission is to (a) improve sales productivity by providing actionable insights and (b) improve Amazon Business adoption by customers. VCA uses data science and automation to provide several key features for CAs: 1) Account Scores that help CAs prioritize top accounts (existing and prospects), 2) Recommendations that help CAs sell/position the right AB product features, 3) Alerts that provide insights into their territory and real-time notification of notable events. The VCA team is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Product Manager (Technical) to manage development of key features of VCA products through cross-functional partnership with AB Sales. Marketing, Product Tech, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations and other teams. The individual will be responsible for Product Development of new features and capabilities, improving product adoption existing features across global VCA product charter.

This role can be located out of any of the Amazon Business locations in the United States, which include Austin TX, Boston MA, Arlington VA, Chicago IL, New York NY, Tempe AZ, and Seattle WA.

Key job responsibilities
* Build and drive a multi-year global VCA product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
* Engage with customers, sales, marketing, and other teams to understand pain points
* Develop business requirements and partner with data science, data engineering, business intelligence, sales operations and other teams to implement business requirements.
* Lead CX walkthroughs and write business requirement and product vision documents.
* Model the business and financial impact along with the finance team, and manage VCA products adoption globally
* Collaborate with global teams to launch products in new regions and fix issues/bugs post feature launch
* Collaborate with Marketing teams to launch Hands-off-the-wheel automated email programs
* Integrate VCA products with Salesforce and other Amazon tools.


  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

  • Bachelor€™s Degree in computer science, engineering, or statistics
  • 5+ years of customer-facing (internal/external) product development, technical program management and product management experience, including defining, launching, and optimizing product, services and platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous input, dive deep on analyzing what your customer really wants, and deliver a solution that delights them
  • Ability to develop, track, course-correct, iterate a metrics-driven technical roadmap
  • Understand technical tradeoffs and opportunity costs and make quick, business decisions with Program and technical team
  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master€™s or MBA
  • 10+ years of Product / Technical Program Management experience
  • Experience in working with Salesforce
  • Experience in agile delivery methodology
