Job summary
Own the Product vision for 3rd party feed experiences that enable both internal teams and external Selling Partners to manage their global selection on amazon through bulk interactions. Our mission is to provide the most innovative, scalable, and reliable systems in the world to ensure success for all Selling Partners and we are looking to add a strong Product Manager to help us evolve the existing experience to fulfill that mission.

In 2018 Jeff Bezos told shareholders that €œThird-party sellers are kicking our first party butt. Badly€. We did this by investing in and offering third-party sellers the very best selling tools we could imagine. The compound annual growth rate for third-party sellers at that time was 52%! The Selling Partner Services (SPS) organization drives Selling on Amazon and develops solutions that enable millions of sellers around the world to sell to hundreds of millions of customers world wide. These solutions include the software platform and applications that drive demand generation, customer acquisition, seller integration, customer relationship management, business analytics, and the inventory and order management functions necessary for sellers to manage their business on Amazon.

Within SPS lives the Listings organization, thats us! The Listings teams build and operate core services that support our sellers via multiple global experiences, including interactive applications, feed processing systems, reporting frameworks and web service APIs. We obsess over all Selling Partners and we work with them directly to ensure that we, collectively, build the best experiences for our shared customer, the Amazon Shopper. Sellers use our systems to manage their products, prices and inventory levels on Amazon. These services are critical to our sellers€™ businesses.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor€™s degree with a technical discipline
· 5+ years of professional experience
· 3+ years of software product management experience
· Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products/services and projects on tight deadlines
· Experience coordinating product development cycles, software development schedules, and launching products to customers
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA or Master€™s degree
· Experience with and/or passion for Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
· Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
· High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one€™s sleeves to get the job done
