Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Sr Program Controls Analyst for our Golden Valley, MN, or Broomfield, CO locations.   

Join a team of talented Program Controls Analysts who are responsible for effective application of Program Management standards to ensure achievement of desired business results. You will partner with the Integrated program team to develop program plans, create cost, and schedule baselines for large complex programs across multiple sites. You will recommend improvement actions for process and tool implementation and be an active member of the Program Management Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining project schedules used by project engineers to measure, forecast, and track project related work.  Will also strive to develop scheduling excellence for increasing program needs.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Leads in development of initial program baselines (cost and/or schedule) for high-risk development programs
  • Prepare and Analyze Cost Report Data both Internal and External
  • EAC Management on complex programs. Perform cost walk and analysis
  • Leads Compliant Baseline Change Management
  • Ensures Cost and Schedule Integration
  • Leads IPT through weekly program review and analysis
  • Proactively and Effectively Communicates with Integrated Program Team and Customers
  • Assist with identifying root cause and impact analysis. Recommend corrective actions
  • Improve processes
  • Mentor Other Program Team Members

Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • 3 years program analysis experience
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

WE VALUE:

  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management System requirements
  • User experience of SAP Project Systems
  • Experience in financial data compilation and analysis
  • Project Scheduling 
  • Project Management certification
