SPA is looking for people who are passionate about helping customers make great purchase decisions using the Amazon marketplace. The Sr. Program Manager role is an innovative, results driven professional with solid people skills and a strong continuous improvement background to join the team. They will be tasked with building and enhancing continuous improvement within SPA Operations. This role brings together the tools of Lean, Six Sigma, technology, and Amazon€™s customer-obsessed culture, to drive continuous customer experience improvement. This is a global role that will include interaction with global teams and requiring a strong ability to communicate effectively with various business teams. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities:
· Own a program road map and deliver projects to achieve program goals
·
· Provide the right metrics to measure process quality, providing meaningful feedback to the technology and business teams.
·
· Review and analyze defect data with development of corresponding countermeasures.
·
· Guide operations business teams in their ability to develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly action plan that increase quality and seller experience.
·
· Educate managers and associates in the positive correlation between customer experience, productivity and implementation.
·
· Establish a partnership with senior business leaders to develop and lead the continuous improvement strategy across multiple global sites.
·
· Collaborate and communicate with other global leaders on best practices, internal and external bench-marking, programs of study and knowledge sharing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
· 5+ years of experience in program or project management
· A Bachelor€™s degree or higher
· Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
· Experience defining and executing against program requirements
· 5+ years of relevant experience in project/program/product management
· Experience leading teams to deliver cross-functional projects
· Basic SQL Skills
· Strong analytical skills to develop new solutions based on fact based data driven information.
· Excellent communicator both verbal and written with an ability to communicate at all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Master€™s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Demonstrated high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
· Analytics background.
