Would you like to help develop, consolidate, and implement cross-functional business development programs that increase the adoption of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform? We are seeking a high energy professional for the position of Field Enablement Program Leader, AWS Professional Services, Sales Enablement & Acceleration. This position will contribute to the continued success of AWS Professional Services by defining and implementing large scale Professional Services program support. With a clear focus on streamlining Professional Services enablement and deal flow, project work will range from process development, workflow redesign, and creation of new workflows, improving efficiencies, and reducing operational costs. A successful candidate will have the ability to effectively and creatively lead cross-functional teams and have passion for scaling Professional Services functions across multiple disciplines and activities.

You will be responsible for building, owning, and product managing scalable capability-oriented programs (Amazon Mechanisms) along with global organizational stakeholders and field teams who execute them; reduce the amount of time spent on administration while significantly increasing the outcomes of our Professional Services strategy. You will collaborate across AWS functions to ensure that we are learning from others and teaching others best practices. You will support the strategic planning process, the annual, quarterly, and monthly rhythm of business. You will navigate ambiguity and use judgment on when to clarify or escalate challenges, and know how to coordinate and inclusively manage stakeholders from a breadth of teams in order to get things done.

The ideal candidate will:
1. Possess a sales/business development, and program management background that enables you to advise teams on leveraging the most appropriate strategy within their accounts.
2. Have 200-level technical depth to easily communicate the benefits of cloud computing and how to accelerate sales opportunities.
3. Have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and long-term about the needs of complex enterprise sales motions and growing AWS business exponentially.
4. Have experience engaging at all levels (sales reps/managers/directors/VP) to evangelize available programs, accelerate sales opportunities, and goal achievement. Develop and manage communication materials and channels to educate teams on various programs.
5. Create insights and provide analytics so leaders can make the best decisions for their customers and our business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:
· 12+ years of sales program management or business development experience in technology or professional services industry
· 8+ years€™ experience leading complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects, defining project scope, timeline, cost and risk, including building business cases and other analytical assessments
· Experience with and detailed knowledge related to cloud computing (AWS Certification a +)
· Experience turning detailed data analysis into useful strategic insights in order to drive customer adoption and make appropriate recommendations to the business
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
· Experience in building and scaling mechanisms to ensure adoption and effectiveness of business processes
· Experience in leading change efforts, readiness, and enablement
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical skills


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications
· MBA or equivalent relevant business experience
· Lean Expert and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
