We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Flex Change Management team as a Sr. Program Manager. The role will partner closely with a broad set of stakeholders to manage multiple high profile, high impact business initiatives.

Job responsibilities include:
· Change Management Lead to drive highly complex customer impacting change
· Drive program objectives €“ define business requirements, translate requirements into project plans, manage implementation activities across large group of stakeholders, develop and execute rollout plans and ongoing support.
· Scale services and tools €“ design processes that scale with the business€™ growth in volume, complexity, and geographic dispersion.
· Identify, assess and mitigate risks, drive resolution of critical issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade offs and propose corrective actions to keep initiatives moving forward
· Collaborate and build relationships with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution and process excellence
· Proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation, identify gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive solutions
· Define, track and communicate appropriate performance measurements to stakeholders, status reporting to leadership, create reports and metrics to facilitate analyses driving data-driven decision making
· Relentlessly advocate for DPs and strive to simplify and improve their experience and that of their drivers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor€™s degree or 7+ years program/change management experience in a corporate environment
· Proven expertise in leading complex programs across multiple geographies globally, working with cross functional teams
· Ability to communicate effectively, tailoring approach and messages effectively to the specific needs of the audience
· Detailed oriented with the ability to use judgement and instinct to make decisions
· Excellent collaboration, influencing, and change agent skills
· Excellent motivational and organisational skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Master€™s Degree in business administration or related discipline
· PMP Certification or formal qualification in change management
· Experience with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
· Continuous Improvement experience
· Experience with program/change management experience in a corporate environment
· Experience in leading complex programs across multiple geographies globally, working with cross functional teams
· Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
· Possess a high level of business judgement and acumen.
· Ability to build quantitative reporting and dashboards
