The Sr. Program Manager is self-driven, and goal oriented with a focus in delivering business solutions that meets the users€™ needs. Compensation expertise is preferred but not mandatory. We are a fun and diverse team with members all over the world.

The Program Manager function is within the Learning and Engagement team (Global Compensation and Benefits) and as such this position will work with Leadership in Global Compensation, PeopleTech, Global Talent Management and other large programs within Human Resources to build, implement and govern change management in our global program. In addition, at the core, the PM will be responsible to manage the regional project delivery, with regards to high impact projects in partnership with the relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
· Accountable to develop and manage the global change management work plan to include the end-to-end delivery of the change program
· Identify dependencies, inputs, and outputs into change management deliverables with PeopleTech design teams, the Global Talent Management team, among others
· Identify, track, resolve and report adoption related risks, issues, decisions and actions to the team and leadership
· Create mechanisms to track adoption/readiness through the life cycle of the program
· Coordinate with other Change Managers and relevant stakeholders to create change deliverables, including but not limited to change impact assessment, stakeholder assessment, change readiness, assessments, change strategy, communications strategy and training strategy
· Day to day management of the team through clear mechanisms such as management through daily operations metrics
· Possess authoritative knowledge of global cultural and behavioral considerations
· Experience delivering complex global multidisciplinary projects on target meeting intended outcomes.
· Change management framework (CM Framework)
o Develop and implement the CM Framework, including methodologies, tools, and templates, to deliver and measure a change.
o Lead the maintenance, reviews, and updates to the framework and toolkit based on lessons learned and evolving project needs.
· Continuous improvement
o Work with various teams within Human Resources (HR) to ensure that metrics and processes are available to effectively assess the impact of a change.
o Work with various teams within HR to measure the impact of a change and facilitate support to address roadblocks, if any.
o Integrate the various change initiatives to create an overarching change agenda by streamlining and connecting efforts across initiatives.
· Program change management
o Develop and manage a detailed change management plan in collaboration with key stakeholders.
o Develop and implement a communication plan to ensure that timely and appropriate level of information is provided to the stakeholders.
o Facilitate change impact analysis to identify what is changing for each of the stakeholder groups and assist in resource planning, training, and processes redesign.
o Perform readiness assessment to measure awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement of key stakeholders.
· Internal change management and organizational design
o Support activities such as team wide communications, organizational model changes, team huddles, and other team events.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor€™s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or related field
· 5+ years€™ experience of delivering global change management programs for large scale technology initiatives
· Demonstrated experience with technology adoption frameworks/methodologies
· Experience with project delivery methodologies eg: Waterfall, Agile
· Advanced MS Excel skills


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Master€™s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or a related field
· PMI certification
· Management Consulting experience
· 7-10 years of direct experience leading change management/adoption management/transition management
· for a global technology implementation
· Ability to decipher €œsignal from the noise€ €“ comfortably working with ambiguity and changing requirements
· Experience in creating and executing complicated project plans with multiple dependencies, inputs, and
· outputs
· Ability to work globally across cultures and teams
