Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Sr Program Controls Analyst for our Golden Valley, MN, or Broomfield, CO locations.   

Join a team of talented Program Controls Analysts who are responsible for effective application of Program Management standards to ensure achievement of desired business results. You will partner with the Integrated program team to develop program plans, create cost, and schedule baselines for large complex programs across multiple sites. You will recommend improvement actions for process and tool implementation and be an active member of the Program Management Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining project schedules used by project engineers to measure, forecast, and track project related work.  Will also strive to develop scheduling excellence for increasing program needs.


  • Create and maintain program schedule and track milestones
  • Perform what-if analysis for developing efficient project schedules and work arounds
  • Improve processes related to program scheduling including critical path analysis
  • Lead the Development of Initial Program Baselines
  • Actively participate in project reviews and provide clear, accurate project schedule assessment. Give proactive advice to drive successful project completion thru various decision support tools/reports
  • Track budget and program financial data
  • Prepare and Analyze Cost Report Data
  • EAC Management on Assigned Programs – Perform cost walk and analysis
  • Participate in Proposal Process for the business



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Project scheduling experience
  • 3 years program analysis experience
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance


  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management System requirements
  • User experience of SAP Project Systems
  • Experience in financial data compilation and analysis
  • Project Management certification
