The Consumables Strategic Account Services team is looking for a Program Manager who has the ability to innovate and deliver at scale across projects that impact a) hiring/retention b) learning/development, and c) process improvement, for a large and matrixed organization. A successful candidate will dive deep to understand stakeholder pain points, invent solutions, and effectively influence stakeholders to deliver results. They will work closely with SAS leadership, central program management teams, Recruiting, HR, Finance, and Retail to develop a resource allocation model based on projected Vendor contracts, quarterly team attrition, and new hire ramp time, and deliver against VP-level operational efficiency goals (e.g. Vendor:Account Manager ratio). They will also collaborate with partner teams to drive learning and development as well as process improvements for the SAS Consumables organization.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization. They are highly autonomous and have a proven track record as a Program Manager - taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.


Roles and Responsibilities:
· Forecast headcount needed based on projected new Vendor enrollments, historical team attrition, and new hire ramp time.
· Own all open reqs, reporting against gap to close, and status on budget
· Partner with Finance and Recruiting to create an efficient hiring model and report against progress
· Develop creative strategies to recruit top talent (e.g. referral drive, participation in Amazon Career Fairs, etc.)
· Create reporting to track incoming new hires (e.g. offer accepted, new hire start date, Vendor launch date, etc.)
· Partner with the New Hire Training (NHT) and Learning & Development Team to ensure all new hires are prepared for onboarding
· Quarterly evaluation of NHT content to ensure fresh and relevant
· Create a Consumables specific new hire onboarding launch plan
· Partner with L&D Team on Consumables specific content/trainings for new hires to take after the SAS 2-week instructor-led NHT (and prioritizing support for content refresh)
· Create a SAS Consumables content hub for information/resources specific to SAS Consumables team.
· Partner with the central process team to ensure Consumables requests prioritized appropriately on the roadmap.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor€™s Degree in business administration or related field
· 5+ years€™ experience in program/project management or other relevant function
· Experience working with multiple stakeholders
· Experience executing against program requirements, facilitating progress, and identifying blockers
· Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
· Ability to solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks
· Ability to work independently, with limited guidance and structure
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Effective Communication skills with demonstrated ability to work with Leadership stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years€™ experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
· MBA degree
· Successful track record working with other teams, and an ability to build consensus when confronted with discordant views using a high degree of influence and a relationship based approach to achieve results.
· Experience writing effective narratives and presenting them effectively to directors and VP€™s
