We are looking for an Supply Chain Program Manager for Amazon Hub in North America. Amazon Lockers are self-service kiosks placed in convenience stores, grocery stores, shopping centers, transit stations, multifamily buildings and other retail locations with high customer density. To pick-up orders or drop-off returns, customers select a Locker on the website; receive a code, and then collect or drop-off the package at their convenience.

As part of the operations team the Supply Chain Program Manager will work with business development, product, tech, customers and 3P vendors to manage the expansion of the network in both new and existing markets in North America. The Program Manager will work independently and be comfortable influencing across multiple teams at all levels, both internal and external.



Key job responsibilities
·Project manage hardware supply chain
·Build strong relationships with 3P vendors and internal teams
·Manage projects to stay on schedule and on budget
·Manage spare parts consumption and drive engineering and cost improvement
·Maintain and develop SLA€™s with vendors through daily management and process improvements
·Drive and support improvement initiatives of supply chain activities to optimize for scale, schedule, and cost
·Identify process gaps and drive change on a worldwide level

A day in the life
You will have a lot of autonomy and impact in managing our global supply chain. This will include forecasting, frequent communication to your stakeholders (both internal and external), and supply chain optimization and improvement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor€™s degree
· 1+ years working in an Operations org
· 1+ years managing projects w/ multiple stakeholders
· 5+ years supply chain management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
· Project Management experience in logistics and planning
· Skilled in common project management tools (Salesforce, Asana, etc.)
· Advanced degrees in business, engineering, or supply chain
· Strong background in predictive statistics
· Apics- Supply Chain Management Certification or equivalent
