Citis Enterprise Resilience organization requires a senior program manager to lead the implementation of a global Enterprise Resiliency tool.


The SVP / Enterprise Resilience Tool Program Manager is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.


The incumbent will be a strategic professional who will play an integral role in working with stakeholders from across Citi to shape the requirements, define a roadmap and oversee the delivery of the new Enterprise Resilience tool globally. They will have a vast knowledge of critical business and resiliency needs.


This is an exciting opportunity to be at the center of a major new project to address the tooling requirements for Enterprise Resilience, which entails traditional foundations of Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management Planning.


Strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to define tool solutioning and business requirements. The candidate should possess the keen ability to engage with senior leaders to contribute to the implementation.


The successful candidate work with a team of resiliency/continuity professionals with strong implementation of tool solutioning, to entail IT product development implementation backgrounds. They will require a thorough understanding, as well as the ability to provide input into solutioning for efficiency regarding tooling in regard to the strategic direction of the overall Enterprise Resilience.


Responsibilities


+ **In depth experience with the FUSION risk management software system a plus.**

+ Applied experience in leading global system program implementations at scale with demonstrated experience in process design and execution, strong communication skills,

+ Businesscontinuity/disaster/crisismanagement and operational resilience in the financial services industry or other federally regulated industry

+ Risk management and or control experience in the following disciplines: Information security, continuity of business, data privacy, change/incident management and/or application development within the financial/banking industry a plus.

+ Good interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills

+ Knowledgeable in ISO 22301 Business Continuity

+ Experience with industry resiliency, and/or business continuity software programs (i.e. Fusion)

+ Experience in Business Continuity Planning and Business Continuity Program Management

+ High competency in written and oral communication

+ Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills

+ Ability to handle pressure and prioritize workload in a fast paced environment

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

+ Outstanding analytical and quantitative capabilities; accountability and results oriented with attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Ability to explain technical or complex issues and concerns in non-technical ways.

+ Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint.
