Qualifications

• Expert level critical thinking skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses from routine to highly complex inquiries;
• Senior level knowledge of high priority issues and items of interest to the Sponsors Front Office; Senior level ability to manage difficult situations with diplomacy, patience and flexibility; Senior level experience with MS Outlook, Microsoft Office and working knowledge of other standard operating tools and applications;
• Advanced interpersonal skills, demonstrated by developing working relationships and networks with division/component managers, staff, external resources and colleagues;
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service in anticipating and responding to the needs of the assigned senior executive manager and other Agency senior executives, managers and staff;
• Demonstrated knowledge of Sponsor's regulations, policies, and unique authorities;
• Demonstrated knowledge of protocol, precedence, organizational rules;
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance procedures to ensure data integrity and timeliness of the data;
• Working knowledge of component operations sufficient to anticipate administrative support plans in coordination with component management and assigned executive suite;
• Demonstrated ServiceNow experience;
• Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

The Systems Integrator will support the sponsors Office Chief, Deputy Chief and Chief of Staff by providing integration support to the office in planning and coordinating multiple activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing internal action tracker and check-in/check-out activities and complex integration support across multiple organizations and the other Directorates and Mission Centers. Identify methods to improve action processes and work with Chief of Staff to clarify actions, ensure responses are timely, thorough and appropriately vetted prior to submission, according to schedule requirements;
• Managing Chief and Deputy Chief calendars, organize and build agenda for monthly and quarterly meetings;
• Assisting with coordinating tradecraft meetings and other internal events on an ad hoc basis; Providing Front Office Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meeting support as needed and/or requested.
• Analyzing and recognizing problems/issues and offer options for resolution on technical actions involving Sponsors lines of business;
• Working seamlessly with commercial vendors, contractors of other organizations as well as government employees at all levels;
• Using appropriate Sponsor systems to manage and maintain office functionality, i.e. AskCCC [Service Now platform], MS Office, e-Memo, Genesis, EARRS, etc.

Supporting Data Transfer Officer (OTO) requirements for Sponsor branches
