Define and manage executive development programs for high-potential director and officer level that reflect learner and business needs. Use human-centered design methodology to identify, synthesize and clearly articulate executive leadership development needs. Develop modern learning solutions and experiences for our executive talent. Build rapport and credibility with our highest level executives and key HR business partners.\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EConsult with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of strategic business goals andexecutive development needs.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EConduct thorough needs analyses to assess the state of the business, identify the key performance and skills/knowledge gaps and recommend executive development solutions to drive and support strategic priorities. Recommend the appropriate development solutions todrive key organizational results and identify contextual constraints that must be satisfied fora program to succeed. Gain broad support for the defined solutions; conduct externalresearch and benchmark to ensure identified solutions are consistent with best-in-classexternal solutions.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBuild strong vendor/partnerships with the top executive development firms. Oversee thedevelopment or acquisition of relevant development content and ensure its quality.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EParticipate in the design and implementation of branding, marketing, and communication strategies to build awareness of and enthusiasm for Discovers executive developmentsolutions. Articulate plans to ensure adoption and usage of executive development programs.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EOversee the pilot, launch, and ongoing execution of executive development programs.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EIdentify opportunities for continual improvement of programs.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ELead the analysis and reporting of effectiveness and quality measures across recommendeddevelopment programs.
