The Americas' Partner Program Team is looking for a dynamic individual with program management, communications and/or paid media engagement experience who thrives on driving partner and Intel success to be our Americas' Partner Outreach Manager. The successful candidate will be a member of the Team America's Channel Scale and Partner Program organization. Through the Intel Partner Alliance (IPA) Program, Intel works to enable our partners to deploy Intel based solutions to solve their customer's biggest challenges. The Partner Outreach Manager will be responsible for delivering partner focused communications and IPA program updates to our partners and the broad channel as well as internal communication to our Americas' sales team. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: � Communicate key information to Intel Partner Alliance (IPA) partners and the broad channel. � Develop and execute a paid media strategy including working with key media agencies to deliver key Intel messages with a partner focus to the channel. � Develop and execute a partner communications and paid media editorial calendar. � Developing content for the bi-weekly IPA newsletter. � Execute always on content including blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and paid digital banners. � Engage with AMR sales team execs to develop and execute quarterly webinars and podcasts to the broad channel. � Amplify partner stories within current and custom communication channels. � Manage internal communications to ensure US sales team, including exec level, are aware of communications to partners and success of partner communications activities. � Engage with Global Communication Group (GCG) to ensure partner message supports Intel narrative arch strategy. � Explore new communications channels to engage with Intel Partners. � Monitor and report results of media. As a successful candidate will possess: � Strong cross-functional team leadership and influence/matrix management skills. This role will require providing leadership to matrixed teams to guide and orchestrate these teams toward our business goals. � Strong acumen of communications and/or paid media engagement or equivalent communications experience. � Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with a strong customer service-oriented attitude and mindset. � Experience and proven success in operating in virtual teams - driving strategies, tactics and goals/objectives. � Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem. � Creative thinking and risk taking. As our partner strategy evolves to new partner types as part of our data-centric transition, a successful candidate will have the ability to think of new ways to breakthrough to reach and recruit these partners to deliver Intel content and information. � Excellent communication skills. This role will require clear and concise communication to partners as well as several internal teams.


Minimum Qualifications: � Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science or relevant technical or business field. � 5+ years of experience in developing partner strategies and programs. Preferred Qualifications: � MBA preferred � Professional experience in communications, paid media engagement or other related experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
