We take great pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities with the solutions we provide. **What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience** + Technical Design Support: + determine customer expectations and produce SOW delineating each contractor and trade responsibility. + Provide conceptual details for the design and installation of system and components + Provide technical support to determine system and installation limitations. + Environmental limitations. + Cabling limitations. + Capacity limitations. + Mechanical limitations. + Equipment operational limitations. + Provide system diagrams and sketches to assist with proper design. + Review completed design drawings. + Project Support. + Site review with contractors and customer prior to installations. + SOW review with customer, contractors, staff. + Review materials prior to procurement. + Make any necessary design changes for the project duration. + Provide necessary configuration documents. + This is accomplished by working with the field technical personnel. + Determine Schedules. + Monitor progress of the project. + Technical Support for field personnel and customers. + Software House + Verint + DMP + Exacq + UL 2050 Oversight and Management + Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required **What Youll Need** + Customer Focus Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet of the needs and wants of the customer. + Leadership Orientation Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model, guide, develop and mentor others within the Operations Department. + Strong financial analytical skills including cost control. + Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills. + Strong team leadership, team building and facilitation skills. **Company Benefits and Perks** Convergint fosters a supportive, accessible, and inclusive environment in which individuals of different backgrounds and identities are able to realize their maximum potential within the company.
