The TPM will be accountable for maintaining, upholding and driving technical standards internally and out to the local CTC for all GCDC Tier 3 and Tier 4 Accounts. The TPM will create meaningful and constructive relationships with all vendor technical teams ensuring that critical Vendor product updates and rollouts are effectively communicated and documented for field use at the CTC level. The GCDC TPM is instrumental in creating technical bulletins, written and recorded documentation, and strategic onsite field visits for program-level QA/QC (quality assurance and quality control) as an added value and layer of support to the CTC\u0026rsquo;s.

Serves as SME to specific customers\u0026rsquo; technical standards, specifications, and procedures.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent organizational skills related to Program/Project Management.
• Broad based industry and market knowledge of network and Data Center technology ie C-Cure, Lenel, AMAG etc
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
• Maintain a live technical internal share point site for internal colleague support and training
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to deliver presentations to multiple levels of an organization.
• Strong work ethic with personal motivation to function individually and part of a team.
• Ability to create internal and external organizational alignment through relationships, communicating vision and team building.
• Understanding of appropriate levels of protection regarding to customer personnel, information, and property, both real and intellectual.
• An experienced leader that acts as a role model while guiding, developing, and mentoring others within the organization.

• Responsible for the execution and delivery of new product solutions to customers and partners to ensure CTC\u0026rsquo;s ongoing competitive position for all product lines across North America (US and Canada). Oversees the product development lifecycle and has experience interacting with technical colleagues (project managers, engineers, specialists/technicians, sales, etc.). Leads, develops, and coordinates product introductions, rollouts, and updates. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
