We are seeking an action-oriented project delivery leader with demonstrated history of developing highly relevant professional services offerings and innovative demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be able to craft relevant, reusable AWS professional services offerings, while clearly outlining the multi-step go-to-market plans necessary to help AWS Customers realize the value from their technology investments. The leader drives all aspects of offering development, marketing, and sales in this innovative startup. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the creation of the ProServe global offering, demonstrations, and other reusable assets
  • Prioritizing initiatives and creating Showcase roadmaps
  • Coordinating with SMEs, creating and publishing technical artifacts
  • Tailoring customer-facing materials to generate adoption on Showcases
  • Establishing the Showcase communication and marketing material
  • Periodic reporting of Showcase offering usage and performance
  • Owning the overall Showcase lifecycle, understanding trade-offs, while mitigating risks and measuring impact


As a Showcase Program Manager on our Showcase team, you'll follow our style guides to create clear and concise information to help AWS Customers succeed. You'll collaborate with SMEs, Go-to-Market Specialized Sales, Go-to-Field Enablement, Industry Practices, and internal business partners to develop showcase strategy and content. You'll participate in program management efforts, process development, and quality governance in support of team success, while also working independently on multiple projects.

  • Leading the creation of the ProServe global offering, demonstrations, and other reusable assets
  • Prioritizing initiatives and creating Showcase roadmaps

  • Creating ProServe Offerings.
  • Showcasing relevant ProServe work at Amazon to curious customers, learning from Amazon.
  • Solutioning with customers to accelerate their outcomes from Amazon offerings.
  • Delivering innovative projects that become ProServe repeatable offerings.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience building professional services offerings and solutions
  • 5+ years as a program manager managing content projects, including coordinating with other teams
  • Strong technical writing and marketing communication skills and the ability to influence other teams
  • Bachelor€™s degree or higher in business, marketing, technical degree or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience communicating technical capabilities in business terms
  • A proactive attitude and a focus on resolving problems and delivering results
  • Track record of shaping business strategy and roadmaps for business outcome-focused, technical products
  • Customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
  • Experience managing content projects, including coordinating with other teams
  • Strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Experience building demonstrations and solutions with AWS
  • Passion for solving customer problems and creating a great customer experiences
  • Secondary technical or business degree
  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills
  • Strong research and analytic skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills; strong public speaker
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
  • Strong understanding of the cloud industry
  • Experience creating services offerings for Enterprise level customers
  • Experience working in an agile content development environment



The pay range for this position in Colorado is $122,300/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
