The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will be responsible for the technical delivery of infrastructure work tracks (projects) within a larger infrastructure technology refresh program.   Reports to the program office providing weekly status reports profiling the work track progress, RAG status, prevailing issues and milestone achievement, metrics and heuristics, master program schedule management, Milestone updates and RAIDC updates, issues escalation and other program related activities.  Will participate in daily scrum meetings, weekly team, status and issues meetings, resource planning, KPI development, and lessons learned workshops.  At the work track level the TPM will be responsible for developing the project factory approach, communications plan, stakeholder management, detailed project plans utilizing the Master Project Framework, RACI matrix and other planning tools.  Performs detailed Readiness Discovery for work track and identifies program and organizational strategic initiative interdependencies.  Chairs status, workshop and engagement meetings as required with technology tower leads, other functional areas such as Finance, Vendor Management, Audit, etc. within the organization and external vendors.  Maintains activity, issues and risk logs.  Assigns project tasks to team members and provides oversight to ensure timely completion of tasks. Identifies key stakeholders within the organization, determines level of communications and manages expectations.  Ensures work tracks are meeting objectives to keep the overall program within timeframe and budgets, identifies and escalates any divergence from the program goals.  Manages work track deliverable and represents project change requests that impact milestone delivery, issues impact and risk mitigation strategies to Sr. Management, Program Board and Program Steering Committee as required.

Requirements

Experience with Vendor Management

Min 3-5 years managing global enterprise infrastructure projects/programs

Knowledge of both waterfall and scum methodologies

Knowledge of PMO governance concepts

Team building skills

Global team management experience

Technology Lifecycle Experience

Sharepoint knowledge

Change management processes knowledge

Proficient with MS Project, Visio and Office Suite productivity tools
