This executive will partner with the CHRO, CEO, and other HR and business leaders to advance our vision and deliver our Total Rewards strategy. Key activities and areas of influence include design and execution of employee incentives and benefit offerings, continuous evaluation of executive and other incentive compensation programs, design and cost management of Health \u0026 Welfare programs, overall management of our outsource providers, and the communication of all Total Rewards messaging.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EContinuously develop, enhance and manage the Company\u0027s Total Rewards Strategy to attract, retain and reward talent\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ENavigate and evolve the evolution in pay philosophy\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDevelop and implement enterprise compensation programs, practices, processes, and systems; includes company-wide philosophy and guiding principles for pay delivery, job evaluation and market intelligence, salary administration, and sales compensation for a small contingent in our Payments business\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProvide thought leadership to Discover\u0027s job architecture strategy, flexible salary structures, and shifts in incentive compensation structures\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEvolve the benefits portfolio to maximize utility for all levels and segments of employees; includes evaluating opportunities to push the envelope for more progressive retirement, education, health and profit sharing benefit programs\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEnsure the effectiveness of employee benefit programs, policies and guidelines and recommend and implement plan revisions and offerings\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEnsure execution and appropriate measures of our outsource solutions\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPrepare all Board of Director Compensation Committee meeting materials, proxy and other compensation related filings, manage recordkeeping and other compliance requirements\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EKey relationships:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EServe as a senior leader of the HR Leadership Team and the Total Rewards organization to drive strategies, objectives and processes\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProvide leadership and counsel to the Chief Human Resource officer and CEO on compensation and benefits strategies to support business plan objectives\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBuild and maintain a healthy partnership with leaders in Law, Compliance, and other relevant departments\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPartner with the Board Compensation \u0026 Leadership Development Committee and their independent consultant\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERequirements: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s degree required.
