- Receives, unloads and stores incoming materials including tools, parts and equipment.\u0026nbsp; This includes matching contents to packing list and assigning to job shelf.\u0026nbsp; Visually inspects cartons and packages and contents for damage from handling and transit.\u0026nbsp; Places orders for installation and service projects. NO FORKLIFT experience required.
- Handles UPS, Fed Ex and other freight carrier deliveries and schedules pick-ups as needed.\u0026nbsp; Packs and ships product to vendors, customers, and sub-contractors.\u0026nbsp; This includes creating labels and shipping to customers or vendors as needed.
- Handles and processes returns including all Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs); this includes returning and shipping RMA\u0026rsquo;s as needed.
- Performs monthly cycle counts, annual inventory counts and reconciliation.\u0026nbsp; Works with other departments such as Purchasing and Operations to resolve receiving challenges.\u0026nbsp; Stays abreast of PO status and resolves issues.
- Pulls and stages orders for installers or service technicians.\u0026nbsp; Delivers materials and/or documents to customer job sites regularly throughout the week.\u0026nbsp; Also responsible for delivering materials in-house as needed.
- Verifies the accuracy of all incoming orders including counts and quantities; stages orders for pick up.\u0026nbsp; Responsible for inventory control.
- Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Locates and places most packing slips.
- Keeps warehouse area clean and organized; sweeps, breaks down boxes, restocks paper products, empties garbage, etc.\u0026nbsp; Coordinates building maintenance with building management, vendors, sub-contractors and in-house colleagues.\u0026nbsp; May assist with meeting setups including moving tables and equipment.
- Performs pickups and deliveries to and from suppliers and jobsites using company-provided vehicle.
- May handle vehicle related issues including repairs, maintenance and service.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
