What you\u0026rsquo;ll do with \u0026ldquo;Our Training and Your Experience\u0026rdquo;

  • Handles a wide variety of UPS, Fed Ex, and other freight carrier deliveries and schedules pick-ups as needed. Packs and ships products to vendors, customers, and sub-contractors.\u0026nbsp; This includes creating labels and shipping to customers or vendors as needed.\u0026nbsp; Assignments are broad in nature and require a high level of proficiency.
  • Handles and processes returns including all Return Materials Authorizations (RMA\u0026rsquo;s); this includes returning and shipping RMA\u0026rsquo;s as needed. Tracks all RMA\u0026rsquo;s and following up to ensure that the credits hit the proper accounts.\u0026nbsp; Leads the implementation of new working processes.
  • Performs monthly cycle counts, annual inventory counts, and reconciliation. Responsible for inventory control.
  • Responsible for placing orders for installation and service projects, create and enter all relevant Purchase Orders (PO\u0026rsquo;s) into Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) system (Spectrum). May work with other departments to resolve receiving challenges.\u0026nbsp; Stays abreast of PO status and resolves issues; this includes handling the more complex and complicated situations.
  • Ensures that accurate quantities of warehouse materials are available. Pulls and stages orders for installers, technicians, project managers, subcontractors, etc. as requested.\u0026nbsp; Also responsible for delivering materials in-house as needed.
  • Keeps warehouse area clean, organized, and safe; sweeps, breaks down boxes, restocks paper products, empties garbage, etc.
  • May coordinate building maintenance with building management, vendors, sub-contractors, and in-house colleagues.
  • May handle vehicle-related issues including repairs, maintenance, and service.
  • May create Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) documentation or manuals. May facilitate or coordinate document destruction per company policy.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent\u0026nbsp;

Minimum Experience:

  • Previous, relevant warehousing or shipping/receiving experience

Other Preferred Certifications/Experience (not required):

  • Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: electronic/electrical, fire alarm \u0026 life safety, data-cable installation, and/or building automation
  • Forklift certification
  • Must have a valid driver\u0026rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.
